Glass products are shipped in special protective packaging. Outside Germany, shipping costs depend on the total weight of your order. All prices include VAT. Free-shipping thresholds do not apply to glass products outside Germany. If your order contains glass products, the glass-product shipping rate applies to the whole order.

Delivery conditions

• Order processing: We dispatch your order within 24 hours. Delivery times shown above start from dispatch.
• No delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
• Mixed orders are shipped together; the delivery time depends on the item with the longest delivery time.
• Self-collection: Free of charge. You will receive an email when your order is ready.
• Failed delivery: If delivery fails for reasons within your responsibility (e.g. wrong address, parcel not collected), we may charge the outbound and return shipping costs.

Damaged or lost parcels

We ship with DHL and DPD. Until the parcel is handed over to you, the transport risk is ours. If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact us at hello@thebiofoods.com. We will clarify the case with the carrier and send you a replacement or refund your payment.

Customs & import (destinations outside the EU customs area)

Orders to the UK, Switzerland, Canada, Israel and other destinations outside the EU customs area may be subject to import VAT, duties or customs fees, payable by the recipient according to local rules.
