  • Right to data portability under Art. 20 GDPR: You have the right to receive your data that you have provided to us in a structured, common and machine-readable format or to request that it be transferred to another person responsible, insofar as this is technically feasible;
  • Right to revoke the consent given under Art. 7 Para. 3 GDPR: You have the right to revoke your consent to the processing of data at any time with effect for the future. In the event of revocation, we will delete the data concerned immediately, unless further processing can be based on a legal basis for processing without consent. Withdrawing your consent does not affect the legality of the processing carried out based on your consent up to the point of withdrawal;
  • Right to complain under Art. 77 GDPR: If you believe that the processing of your data is in breach of the GDPR, you have the right to complain of the supervisory authority, in particular in the - without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy Member State of your place of residence, your place of work or the place of the alleged infringement.

13.2 Right to object

You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data if we process it for direct marketing purposes. The objection must be sent to us in writing or by e-mail. In the event you object to processing for direct marketing, we will no longer process your personal data to this extent unless we substantiate serious legitimate processing grounds that outweigh your interests or rights and freedoms, or for determining, exercising or defending legal claims.

14. Duration of storage of personal data

The duration of the storage of personal data is based on the respective statutory retention period (e.g. commercial and tax retention periods). After the period has expired, the relevant data will be routinely deleted, provided that they are no longer required for contract fulfilment or contract initiation and/or on our part, there is no legitimate interest in the further storage.
