Dried mushrooms: ideal for metabolic balance, vegan & low carb nutrition!
The organic certified first-class Chanterelle Mushrooms have a powerful fruity and nutty aroma with hints of pepper, and delicate taste. Our Chanterelles are hand-picked in the wild-shady woods, carefully sliced and immediately gently air or sun-dried. This is the way to preserve the mushrooms outside of the season as they are fresh available for a short period only in the spring and in the fall.
Our mission is to provide high-quality mushrooms to everyone who wants to enjoy them with all five senses. Their light apricot and woody aroma is a perfect fit for those who want to add a rich exotic flavour to their dishes. In every dried slice, you feel the enchanting aroma and smells of true nature with the scents of wilderness.
