Pamako Blend combines Tsounati and Koroneiki olives from groves at 500–700 m around the ancient city of Elyros in south-west Crete. The olives are hand-picked green in October and processed the same day: pitted, and malaxed under argon, a protective inert gas, to limit oxidation. The result is a fresh, fruity extra virgin olive oil with pronounced spicy notes.
Olive oil polyphenols
Olive oil polyphenols contribute to the protection of blood lipids from oxidative stress. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 20 g of olive oil (about 1½ tablespoons). Pamako Blend contains at least 5 mg of hydroxytyrosol and its derivatives per 20 g of olive oil (lab analysis, harvest 2025/26). Enjoy it as part of a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Packaging
Black hand-blown Murano glass with a mirrored outer layer protects the oil from light. A natural cork with an oak-wood finish seals the bottle. Plastic-free packaging.

Storage tip: Room temperature and light protection
Pamako finds its place in your home – at room temperature, shielded from light and heat. Even if it slightly solidifies in cooler environments, it returns to its liquid form at room temperature without losing its outstanding quality.

- Failed delivery: If delivery fails for reasons within your responsibility (e.g. wrong address, parcel not collected), we may charge the outbound and return shipping costs.
Damaged or lost parcels
We ship with DHL and DPD. Until the parcel is handed over to you, the transport risk is ours. If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact us at hello@thebiofoods.com. We will clarify the case with the carrier and send you a replacement or refund your payment.
