Taste: Bright green color with golden reflections, smells of fresh orange and light olive in Mediterranean herbs. Velvety and fragrant taste with a light, spicy yet fruity aftertaste. Characteristics: from controlled cultivation. Only organic fertilizers and natural methods are used to eliminate the olive fruit fly. Production method: Traditional production (cold pressed and stone ground).


Storage: At room temperature. Protect from light and heat. In the lower temperature, the olive oil may solidify and become cloudy. At room temperature, the oil becomes fluid again.
