Porcini & Black Trumpet Healthy Risotto

Ingredients
50g Dried Porcini Mushrooms

20g Dried Black Trumpet
2 Onions
2 Garlic Cloves
Rice

Oat Milk & Water (White Wine)
Porcini Powder, Salt, pepper, parsley

Steps

Hydrate 50g Dried Porcini Mushrooms in hot water (cover the mushrooms). Add 20g of Dried Black Trumpet and a bit of Oat Milk. Let it stay for 20 minutes. Cover rice with boiled water (10 minutes). Cut 2 onions and fry for a couple of minutes (season with Porcini Powder). After 5-6 minutes add rice and the liquid from the mushrooms. Cook it over the medium heat over 5-6 minutes. Add mushrooms and 2 garlic cloves - cook for another 10 minutes (add a bit of white wine). Season with pepper and salt, parsley, porcini powder. Serve warm and enjoy!
