Our bio-dried wild mushrooms, European goods ranging from 50g to 200g, undergo strict analyses – both the product itself and the location of mushroom harvesting. Moreover, all our mushrooms undergo radiological tests, and we proudly present our corresponding certificates. Treat yourself to the taste of nature, with confidence in quality and purity.

Organic Maccheroncini Italian Durum Pasta 400g
- made from Timilia (or Tumminìa) durum wheat semolina from organic farming.
- 100% Sicilian stone-hulled wheat
No compromises -> The grains are grinded in our stone mill inside the Cilento, Vallo di Diano, and Alburni National Park. We store our semolina in our temperature-controlled warehouse to maintain its integrity and purity. All parts of the grains are used to create our pasta with bronze dies, drying them at low temperatures for up to 55 hours.
It has a low gluten index (a measure of the structural strength of gluten), making it generally suitable for consumption by those who have difficulty assimilating the very stubborn gluten of modern grains, with the exception of those with celiac disease.

Shipping is reliable and fast with our shipping partner DHL. We process all orders as quickly as possible and hand them over to DHL after receipt of payment. DHL delivers the packages within 1-3 working days within Germany.

Payment and dispatch

The products are delivered all over the world. Dispatch costs (inclusive of legally applicable VAT) We do not charge any shipping costs in Germany for orders above 39 EUR.
Delivery periods
Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic delivery of goods shall be made (Germany) within 2 - 5 days, for deliveries abroad within 5-30 days from conclusion of contract (if advance payment agreed from the date of the payment instruction).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.
If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.
DHL Express: within Germany 1-2 days, for deliveries abroad 1-5 days.
In case of self-collection, we will inform you by email once the product is ready, along with the collection options. In this case, dispatch costs will not be charged.
