  • Hydrate Dried Porcini Mushrooms 50g around 15-20 minutes (in hot water)
  • Heat butter in a pan, add the chopped shallots and garlic
  • After 4-5 minutes add Porcini stirring regularly with a wooden spatula
  • Season with salt pepper, porcini powder, add the parsley, and 200 ml of Veggies Stock - bring to boil
  • Incorporate 200 ml of liquid cream, bring to a simmer, cover and cook for 15 min
